14+ years taking learning from facilitation and training delivery through instructional design into customer education and learning strategy, across Apple, Pandora, Meta, Workday, Airbnb, and now Stripe. My philosophy: the right education at the right place at the right time, for everyone from sales and call center staff to developers, engineers, and Airbnb hosts. At Airbnb, that meant embedding education into product flows and AI onboarding for 5.5M+ hosts, and driving $24M+ in booking value from a single program. Now at Stripe, it means building the AI-enabled systems that scale that same philosophy across an entire company.

Core Skills

AI-Enabled Learning Design: engineering prompts and custom instructions in Claude and ChatGPT to script and produce instructional videos, build storyboards, draft skills-based curriculum and job aids, and speed up needs analysis and impact reporting.

Tools: Figma, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, JIRA, Tableau, Excel, GSuite, Keynote
